What's included in the rate?
Professional drivers, fuel and mileage, vehicles sized to your group, live coordination on the day, and 24-hour free cancellation. Coordinator time and a reserve vehicle are built in, not added later.
How do guests book their airport rides?
They scan the QR code on your save-the-date or wedding website, add their flight and hotel, and pay their own share. Each party gets its ride on their phone, and a driver meets them at arrivals with a name sign.
What if a flight is delayed?
We track every guest's flight. If it moves, the pickup moves with it, and the guest's phone updates on its own.
What if the ceremony starts late or the night runs long?
Vehicles run continuously rather than to a timetable, so the next ride is minutes away whatever time the day actually runs to. Early leavers and last-dance stayers are both covered.
Do we have to use the guest discount?
No. It's there if you want it. If guests book through your link, your wedding-day rate drops, and you decide whether to keep the saving or pass it on.
